Intense Chocolate Gao (Venti - $10) (4.5/5) frm starbucks I did upgraded from grande to venti size and so the barista did wrong flavour (Intense Coffee Gao) and overheard that she ask her employee whether he want free drink instead of waiting for people to order the drink :") and so the taste like thick and gao milo instead of dark chocolate. I didn't like this type of thick drink tbh but for experience lol.

Fantastic food and ambience! Dropped by here with a good friend and we had a great time. I had the smash meatball, rosti, wagyu burger, and i liked them all. I also really liked the welcome drink so i ordered another whole glass of it hehe. Ended off the night with a chocolate dome and i loved how we could drop it from a great height! Its a lovely dessert experience even tho I lifted the dome a little too high and the chocolate bits went everywhere :D. Loved this place and would recommend people to go :)

[โœจVINTAGE CAFEโœจ] Located at the foot of Mt Faber, Old Habits is a retro-style cafe serving interesting fusion dishes. Decorated with vintage items including vinyl records, typewriters, and many more! โ˜Ž๏ธ

These vintage decorations are also available for sale, so you can bring these back home as a keepsake of the good old times ๐ŸŽŸ

Coated with sesame, the top selling item is hard to find elsewhere. The sesame crust acted as a good contrast to the juicy and soft texture of the tuna steak. We chose fries and salad as sides to go along with this! ๐ŸŸ

Overall, this spot is a unique space with value-for-money options and mains starting from only $9.90 ๐Ÿ’ธ Staff was friendly and the vintage cafe is condusive for work/study too.

Ordered the Salmon Spaghetti and the restaurant very kindly changed the spicy sauce to cream sauce for me as Iโ€™m unable to take spicy.

The pasta was al dente. However, the cream sauce was sweet and light. The salmon was a little dry. Would expect the skin to be crispy and the inside to be cooked to medium.

The bill came to around $20 per pax after the discount for a main and a drink.

Attention all fans of South Union Park and Eleven Strands: a new concept restaurant has arrived! If youโ€™ve been digging the grub from either of these restaurants then youโ€™d be pleased to know that the same folks have a new restaurant called Mia. Much like its counterparts, Mia serves delicious mains such as the Seafood Risotto ($28) that comes loaded with a plethora of fresh seafood ingredientsโ€”weโ€™re talking prawns, clams, squid, baby scallops, and green shelled mussels, all doused in tomato sauce with a sprinkle of parmesan and a dash of parsley.

The pasta was very tasty and the portions were generous. Especially liked the pairing with white wine sauce. Makes for a nice hearty dinner. Coupled with Burpple Beyond makes for good value as well.

Inspired by time-tested recipes handed down from their grandmothers, the owners of Butter Studio are dedicated to honouring the tradition of crafting home-style bakes from scratch, and theyโ€™ve somehow managed to add a playful spin on some familiar favourites! This can be seen in their Gourmet Tarts which range from Sea Salt Nutella ($6.90) and Speculoos Cream Cheese ($6.90) to Raspberry Frangipane ($6.90) and Lemon Meringue ($7.90). Aside from these, they also come up with seasonal specials from time to time so be sure to pop by to see whatโ€™s bakinโ€™.

Self-service to water is available and the drinks are relatively affordable after using Burpple. Good for meet-ups and first dates. Beverages are not amazing though.

Pint & Dine is a one-of-a-kind culinary establishment with a menu thatโ€™s very much inspired by the idea of simple and honest cooking. Their K-Chick Waffle ($18) which consists of the classic fried chicken and waffles combination with an added side of kimchi and onion rings is exemplary of that. Take a bite and youโ€™ll know what we mean!
