I shortened the name.
This is a plate for 4 to 5 pax of some amazing kung-fu fried rice, topped with a mildly sweet serving of eel, similar to Unagi.

That's the title from the menu.
In summary, it's a collection of mushrooms and broccoli in a thick creamy abalone sauce, with gelatinous fish lips and herbs.

Gosh that's a long name.

This is part of their new and improved menu, absolutely tender chicken accompanied by a herbal and earthy broth made with the lotus this and lotus that (yes I'm tired)

Very good stuff!

The dim sums here are soooo cheap and there is so much to choose from! What's different here as compared to Singapore is that you get to choose what you like and they will steam it up on the spot and serve to your table 😻. I just wanna reach in and grab those yummies again!

A colleague of mine (H/T: @andreayaply) recommended Changman for its affordable and good dim sum.
@jooeunchung is not a big fan of dim sum 🤣🤣🤣 but we all love the xo carrot cake here. The Liu Sha bao (RM3.50 for 3 pieces) here is also a must-try.

I would 100% recommend anyone eating here to try the salted egg custard bun (RM7.90) which is just heavenly, soft bun with a sweet savoury egg custard inside, what a treat.

The Szechuan style chicken feet (RM5.90) is also delectable, the outer layer being coated with a spicy savoury Szechuan sauce that compliments the soft and tender skin on the chicken feet, a slurpy delight!

Ordered a wide variety of dim sum for our breakfast! Instead of ordering from a push cart or from someone, you have to queue at each station for the food. Stations include steamed, fried and buns. Pls get their mango prawn which is coated with the vermicelli! Highly recommended!

Flavor might not be the greatest of all time, but this restaurant shines with their unique selection of dim sum.
Bitter Gourd rings stuffed with minced pork, century egg on minced meat, and even mushrooms.
The chicken feet here is very herbal, which is rather refreshing when compared to the normal lip smacking oiliness of regular chicken feet.
