The homemade otah features a blend of mackerel fish, prawn paste, jumbo deshelled crab meat, and coconut milk, along with a mix of curated heritage spices including lemongrass, turmeric, and chili.

Softly steamed, the large slab of otah is tender and moist, with a soft bite that releases the strong savoury herbal spicy earthy sweet flavours within..

This was delightful and filling.

The Roti Prata was large, crisp outside and chewy inside, tending towards a doughy texture, with buttery savoury sweet bready flavour.

The Colonial Chicken Curry had a rich curry gravy with tender simmered potatoes, robust with savoury spice flavour and a fiery kick that lingers on.

This is a comforting Chinese Cantonese classic.

Featuring a thick gloopy rice porridge congee infused with angelica root, garnished with bouncy fresh Hokkaido scallops, tender littleneck clams, and chewy conpoy.

The Skewers Pork (SGD $2.50 per skewer) has large chewy succulent pork belly with equal parts fat to lean meat, carrying meaty savoury salty spice flavour.

The Skewers Seafood (Salmon) (SGD $2.90 per skewer) was rather generically named on the menu, I suppose so that they can change the ingredient, but on this visit, we had an excellent fresh salmon fish skewer, which was sweet salty in flavour, with a crisp light salmon skin and flaky moist salmon fish meat.

Loved the Skewers Squid Balls (SGD $2.50 per skewer) as well, bouncy and juicy in texture, with lovely sweet savoury flavour.

Our favourite dish here. The large and fresh fillet of Chilean black cod fish is tender, moist, flaky, and smooth, luxurious with mild sweet savoury flavour.

Served over a bed of Chef's edamame rissolo, a risotto-like blend of arborio rice, immature soy beans, kale, seaweed, and garlic.

This has a crunchy wispy chewy texture with grainy salty vegetal sweet nutty flavours, complementing the fish. Loved every bite of this, will order again.
